Teammos (hereinafter referred to as “we”) complies with the personal information protection regulations under laws and regulations that information and communication service providers must adhere to, such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, and the Personal Information Protection Act, and we are committed to protecting the rights and interests of our members by establishing a privacy policy in accordance with relevant laws.

Chapter 2: Items and Methods of Personal Information Collection

Article 2 (Personal Information Collected)

We collect the following personal information from members at the time of registration for membership management, smooth handling of complaints, and provision of various services.

We only use social sign-up (SNS sign-up) and do not use general membership sign-up.

(For sign-up using an Apple account) Email address, publicly available profile information provided by Apple
(For sign-up using a Kakao account) Email address, publicly available profile information provided by Kakao

Article 3 (Information Collected During Service Use)

In the process of using the service, we may collect information about (i) whether the device's microphone, photo application, and camera are used, and (ii) member behavior data within the Mo:S app.
When a member uses paid services, we may collect information such as credit card information, bank account information, and payment records.
